Shipping Policy

At La Conchería Café, we take pride in baking and shipping our products as fresh as possible.

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped beginning Monday.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
• Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. If an address correction is needed, the order must be canceled and reordered.
• To help ensure freshness, we do not ship on Thursdays unless the destination is within Texas.
• Overnight and express shipments sent on Fridays may be delivered on Monday, depending on carrier schedules.
• For the best delivery experience, we recommend placing orders Monday through Wednesday.
• Orders may occasionally experience delays due to carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Order cancellations must be requested before the order has shipped.
